Communication Across the Generations

While communicating across generations has never been easy, it is becoming more difficult today as the number of generations involved increases and there is more of a need for co-dependency to get the results we want – whether at home, at work, or in the community. This session will look at the value systems of generations and explain the driving forces that shape their beliefs and motivations. Exercises will provide insight into each group’s thinking process, teach participants successful techniques for communicating across groups, and will focus on the unique contributions that each brings to the work team.
