Introduction
The International Association of Administrative Professionals® (IAAP®) has approximately 40,000 members and affiliates worldwide, and is the world’s largest association for administrative assistants, office coordinators, clerical supervisors, executive secretaries, and other administrative staff positions.
IAAP, established in 1942, is an international non-profit association headquartered in Kansas City, Missouri that works in partnership with employers and educators to promote professional excellence.
